We are a full service espresso + coffee bar, designed to bring the cafe to your event. 

OUTdoor Events

Our coffee bus is set up specifically for outdoor events such as weddings, corporate events and more. With dual espresso machines, nitro on tap, and a full brewer on board, our bus brings the power.

indoor EVENTS  

Indoor events are furnished by our modern-modular bar system. Our versatile setup allows each event to be uniquely configured to fit the space. A scalable design allows for small gatherings or large kiosk-style events.

Our espresso bar is powered by our beloved La Marzocco espresso machines to ensure the same consistency as our Hilldale cafe.

NITRO COLD PRESS

Our nitro cold press can be added to just about any event! Our Polyrhythm Cold Press is roasted by us in Madison, cold-brewed, filtered, and kegged on nitrogen. Our cold brew is creamy with notes of chocolate and citrus. Each keg is 5 gallons and serves approximately 75 guests. (based on 8oz servings with ice and 12oz cups)

SELF-SERVICE COFFEE

Looking for large amounts of drip coffee or cold brew for your event? We can do that. Whether on-site or for pickup, 5-gallon self-serve containers are insulated to stay hot or cold for many hours. Service includes cups, lids, cream & sugar options, plus stir sticks and signage. Delivery available.

FAQ's

 

  • While we do not have a license to sell beer, wine, or liquor at your event, we are more than happy to work with your bartenders to coordinate how guests can accomplish boozy coffee drinks!

  • Our license allows us to serve anywhere inside of Wisconsin. Hosting an event outside Wisconsin? Please fill out the booking form above so we can discuss our options. 

  • Great question! If your even is outdoors and using our bus, we bring our own generator. Its large enough for providing power to our bus equipment, but tops out at about 67dB — about the noise level of a few people having a conversation.

    For indoor events, we typically require just one 15amp 110v outlet — aka: a standard wall plug you’d find just about anywhere. If we are using multiple machines, we will need two separate 110v circuits.

    Our extensions can run 100 ft from the outlets.  ** If you’re unsure, get in touch with a facilities or grounds person at your event venue — they should be able to help clarify what power is available. **

    IDEAL POWER SCENARIOS FOR SERVICE:

    Single Espresso Bar: one 20A outlet

    Double Espresso Bar: two 20A outlets, on separate circuits

  • OUTDOOR EVENTS WITH THE BUS

    We can pull up to the agreed upon location and be ready to serve in about 30 minutes. Depending on a few variables custom to your event, we may need more time!

    INDOOR EVENTS

    We like to arrive about 1 hour prior to your event start time. This will allow us time to get unpacked, loaded in, setup, with enough time to get our machines heated. Afterward, we typically packup, tidy up, and head out in about 20-30 minutes.

    If you’re wondering, you are not charged for these hours of setup, just hours of actual service — good question!

  • Nope! Crescendo Mobile Bar has served events as large as the US Open, Ryder Cup, and the CrossFit Games, and can help make even the most intimate events extra special. We would love to cater your office party, private brunch, conference, you name it! Every event is better with great coffee.
